This 21-Day program is designed to help you build mental and physical strength, to help you tone and tighten your physique, and increase your overall functional endurance using your body weight. You will learn a variety of movements and will be exposed to a well-rounded program that includes strength training, endurance, and gentle movement exercises on your recovery days. As the days and weeks progress the program will get a bit more challenging, however, the routine remains the same throughout the three weeks. Thus, by the end of week 1, you will have a pretty good idea of how to structure your schedule for weeks 2 and 3. I am more than confident that you can master this challenge, you got this!

  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 2 days/wk

  • Speed Endurance or endurance 1 day/wk

  • Recovery 2 days/wk (one active recovery with gentle movement & one total rest day)

  • Accountability questions/check in

This 4 Week program is designed to help you build mental and physical strength, through workouts that are designed for the gym and outdoors. You will learn a variety of movements and will be exposed to a well-rounded program that includes strength training, endurance, and mobility exercises on your recovery days. As the days and weeks progress the program will get a bit more challenging, however, the routine is pretty similar the same throughout the four weeks. Thus, by the end of Week 1, you will have a pretty good idea of how to structure your schedule for Weeks 2, 3 and 4. I am more than confident that you can master this challenge, you got this!
